Evelyn Weber, 93, of Waterloo, Iowa died at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls on Friday, January 27, 2012.

She was born September 8, 1918 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph and Edith Fry Grove. She graduated from East High School in 1936.

Evelyn married Francis Weber on February 9, 1937 in Waterloo. He died November 20, 1996.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters‑in‑law: Karen Weber of Cedar Falls and Kaye Weber of Meadowlakes, Texas; six grandchildren, grandsons: Rick (Julie) Weber of Waterloo,  Joe (Darla) Weber of Clive, Iowa, and Tim (Deb) Weber of Goodyear, Arizona, and granddaughters: Jan MacDonald of Marble Falls, Texas, Darci Weber of Austin, Texas, and Kristine (Mike) Nelson of Waverly, Iowa; 14 great‑grandchildren; 2 great‑great-grandchildren; and her sister Edith Mosher of Roswell, New Mexico.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons Allan in 1992 and Jim in 1999, and five brothers: Wilber, Rodney, Woodrow “Cy”, Martin and Harry Grove.
