I was so sorry to read that Jerry passed away. I ran around with Jerry when we all worked at Eagles back in the '70's. Jerry was one of my groomsman in my wedding in 1976. Those working at Eagles who all hung out together were Richard Loesche, Bob Andres, Bill Schaack and several others. The last time I saw Jerry was at Richard Loesche's son's wedding several years ago. Even though we hadn't spoken in many years I will miss him.

JB, you were a great friend & caring man. I remember many times when friends would go to JB just to talk or hang out. He was always there when they needed him. I had the pleasure of meeting JB back in Waterloo when we were young & full of adventure & we carried on that adventure when I moved to AZ in 86. I just want to say JB, I love you. Bill

JB and I grew up together and had many great memories. We went all through school together and lived in the same neighborhood. He always had a positive attitude. i will always remember his white Ford Falcon. It was the cleanest car I have ever seen. He really babied that car. I remember riding to East High School with him our Sophmore year and wondering if he ever got it up to the 30 MPH speed limit. JB. You will always be considered a great friend and always in my thoughts. I am still in shock of hearing of your passing. My condolences go out to Sharon and Scott.

We was sorry to hear about the passing of your loved one. Death may cast a shadow over you as you go about your daily life. Your love one’s death brings you face-to-face with the fact that they are gone too soon. While you call to mind the happy memories, you may also remember the enormity of the loss. But, "Do not let your hearts be troubled". (John 14:27) May you find comfort as the "the last enemy", death will be done away with. (1 Corinthians 15:25, 26). Let this time be a tribute to their wonderful life. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Sharon and Scott I was so shocked to see the death of Jerry. Many times I remember us all growing uptgether and Jerry being the surprise in the neighborhood. I saw Jerry a couple of years after I came back from Nam and we talked at my parents house.
Again, I wish to extend our sympathy to you and may God be with you as I am sure Jerry is with him now.

Many great memories have been inspired by Jerry: working at Eagles, after work activities with the CF girls, cranking up the music of the Doobie Brothers, the joking, and the laughter. When Jerry moved to Arizona, he was greatly missed but not out of mind. Now that he has moved on, these memories will live on with us forever. Randy and Debbie Hickok

Just want to send my condolences to Jerry's family. So shocked to read about him in the paper last week. Met Jerry in high school, what a great guy, always there to listen and always upbeat and happy. I remember those days when he worked at Eagles and the many friends he had. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace my friend.
