My sympathies to the family of Al.  I met Al while we played baseball on different teams in the summer amateur leagues in NE Iowa.  We would later meet up again.  This time as teammates for the Univ. of Iowa.  Al was a great person and a great friend.  Farewell friend.

I never considered Al my"insurance guy" but rather my friend. I knew Al for 50+ years. We dined together, he was a vital part of my Mother's celebration of life, and we were also neighbors. He was a fine man who will be missed.
