I was very surprised to hear of Donna’s death, despite the fact that we knew she was quite ill.  Although she and I hadn’t had much contact in past years, it was a pleasure to reconnect during recent class reunions. I’ll always remember biking to her house in the country during summer school vacations, where she and her family always welcomed her friends. My heartfelt condolences go to her grieving family, who are surely feeling a great loss in this sad time.

I am so  sorry to hear of Donna's passing from this life way before her time.  I'm so sorry I didn't try to see her and you when I was in Iowa over Memorial Day.  I did see Denny at his class reunion (my sister's, also).  Just goes to show we need to connrct when we can.  Take good care of yourself and your family and Sassy.

I am so sad to see that Donna has passed.  She was always a little ray of sunshine when she and Sassy visited us at Sunnycrest.  I enjoyed her visits and we always had fun talking about the plays at the Oster Regent Theater, where we always saw each other when the new plays had rehersals.  We had spirited discussions about her awesome purchases of clothing and shoes.  Donna always had a smile for us and did not talk about cancer, but about the happy things in life.  I pray that she is making smiles in Heaven and free from the illness that robbed her of the life she loved so much.   She made a difference and will be missed.
