No words can express the sympathy Rick and I have for your loss. We have know Jim for more then 25 years.  We will miss seeing him at the beginning of The Girls Ride, at the Harley's & Hotrods events, Lofty's and everywhere else we would see him and Jan... and the hugs... I will miss those each and every time we'd see each other.  Ride with the Angels JR and keep an eye on your family as they are going to be needing strength.

JR welcomed me to the ABATE family almost 30 years ago. Whenever I ran into JR or Jan, no matter how long it had been since we'd seen each other, it was like no time had passed at all. My sincere sympathies to Jan, his Mom, children and the rest his relatives. He was a great guy. Ride truly free now my friend.

Jim was a good and honorable man, he always shook my hand and always made me feel welcome. I always enjoyed playing pool with him and Jan and we even played pool and chatted on the Facebook game. He will be missed greatly, and was just genuinely a good person.  May your tank always be full and the sky is always clear as you ride now on the road paved with gold. Rest in Peace

Les and I wish to express our deepest sympathy for the loss of Jim.   He was our "pickle"  buddy at Iowa Speedway.  In fact, I always called him Mr. Pickle because we did not know his real name until the last race in 2017.  He was a great guy, and he will he missed.
