Joe was always a gentleman and a darn good chess player at many tournaments held in Waterloo in the late 1970's.  Condolences to family and friends...

I am his granddaughter, Hope. I was really sad about his passing, but I know that he's in a better place, and he was having problems. He now will never get sick, never cough and... RIP To my Grandpa Joe.
