This is Susanna. Elfriede's daughter. I was saddened to hear of Steve's passing. Coming "home" to Cedar Falls, always meant seeing your house, the two of you on your bikes, or sitting in your backyard as we pulled into the driveway.

Thank you for the kindness you gave to my late mother over the many years of her "State Street" life.

It gives me joy to know that Steve lived a full life in Cedar Falls, and that you two were part of my "home" memories.

Wishing you peace, healing, love and the generous support of family and friends during this sad time.

Anne. I am so sorry to hear the passing of Steve. I enjoyed my conversations with Steve on State street over the fence or across the yard at Elfriede's.
