Most products purchased from this site may be returned within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund. Defective or incorrectly shipped products may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces that were originally shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned within the 30 day time limit. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check package for return address information.
Merchandise can be exchanged for the correct color or size. You can also exchange for another item we have with any monies being owed or credited after any adjustments. The customer will have to pay for return shipping via US Postal service first class mail or higher. If you paid by check the check needs to have had 10 working days from the date of deposit to receive a full or partial refund. All credit card orders will be credited back to the card from which the item was charged. If this is not accepted, a subscription or store credit will be given on credit cards, no refund check/cash will be given back.
Return any merchandise to: Locke Funeral Home, 1519 West 4th St. Waterloo, IA 50702. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail while being returned to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to insure any items being returned.

We ship using the United States Postal Services priority mailing for orders that are shipped. We will choose a courier shipper if we feel it is better to be sent by other methods due to weight or price. On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days.
